This Policy describes how we process the personal data of website users and people submitting booking enquiries, in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

2. What data we process

In connection with the booking enquiry form we process:

• full name,
• e-mail address,
• phone number,
• stay dates, number of guests and the chosen home,
• the message content (if provided).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling the enquiry and contact regarding a booking — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps towards concluding a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest: responding to enquiries).
• Establishing, pursuing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. tax, accounting, once a contract is concluded) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Retention period

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle the matter, and then until the limitation period for any claims expires. Data related to concluded contracts is kept for the period required by law (including tax law).

5. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to trusted entities that support us technically:

• hosting and e-mail provider — OVH (servers in the European Union),
• accounting office (in relation to concluded contracts).

6. Transfers outside the EEA

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Data is processed on servers located in the European Union.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy,
• rectify (correct) your data,
• erase your data,
• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to handle the booking enquiry and respond to you.
