Terms of service

These Terms (terms of providing services by electronic means) set out the rules for using the website and submitting booking enquiries. The conditions of the stay itself are governed by a separate house rules document, provided to the Guest when the booking is confirmed.

§1. General provisions

The service provider and operator of the property is:

Terms used in these Terms mean: Property — the Zielona Przystań holiday homes; Guest / User — a person using the website or submitting a booking enquiry; Form — the availability enquiry form available on the website.

§2. Scope of services

  • Presentation of the property, homes, amenities, gallery and contact details.
  • Enabling submission of a non-binding booking enquiry via the Form.

Using the website is free of charge. All you need is a device with a web browser and internet access.

§3. Enquiries and bookings

  • Sending the Form constitutes an availability enquiry, not the conclusion of a contract or a guarantee of a booking.
  • After receiving an enquiry, we contact the Guest (by phone or e-mail) to confirm date availability and the details of the stay.
  • The short-term rental agreement is concluded separately, once the date is confirmed by the service provider. Payment terms are agreed individually.
  • Prices shown on the website are indicative "from" prices per night.

§4. User obligations

  • Providing true and up-to-date information in the Form.
  • Using the website in a lawful and proper manner.
  • A ban on providing unlawful content.

§5. Rules of stay

Check-in/out: Zameldowanie 15:00 · Wymeldowanie 11:00. Detailed rules of stay at the property (including quiet hours, pets, deposit, safety) are set out in a separate house rules document, provided to the Guest when the booking is confirmed. These Terms do not govern the conditions of the stay.

§6. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in our Privacy policy. Information about cookies can be found in our Cookie policy.

§7. Complaints

Complaints regarding the operation of the website can be sent to kontakt@domyzielonaprzystan.pl. We handle complaints within 14 days.

§8. Final provisions

  • Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
  • The service provider may amend these Terms for important reasons; changes are published on this page.
